Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your experience with us is positive.

Returns Procedure:

  1. Contact our customer team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  5. Ship the item back to us using traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  7. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the returns procedure outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process.
