During his time in the professional game, Tom experienced the highs and lows that come with life between the posts. Spending long periods as a second-choice goalkeeper, he began to feel the challenges that many goalkeepers face – limited opportunities, lack of game time, and a constant need to stay ready mentally and physically.
Rather than allowing that frustration to build, Tom channelled it into something positive. He wanted to create an environment where goalkeepers could feel valued, challenged, and constantly improving, regardless of their position in the squad. Out of that mindset, TC1 Goalkeeping was born – a platform designed to empower goalkeepers and provide them with the tools, guidance, and belief to reach their potential.
